Expertisbryggan Foundation is a foundation that strives to remove or minimize obstacles for enhanced knowledge, within a technological field where Swedish interests has a presence.
Expertisbryggan Foundation is based on the view that you can reach synergies where knowledge is allowed to overcome obstacles and transfer through boundaries, and thereby achieve results of a "1+1=3" nature. In this aspect, differences can result in added value if two such entities are allowed to meet.
Based on the above described basic view of the foundation, and the strive for enhanced knowledge, Expertisbryggan Foundation supports projects that is engaged in bridging;
- between the academic world and the business world.
- between countries and cultures.
Examples of projects that Expertisbryggan Foundation can support includes projects that;
- Stimulates cooperation and networking between universities or parts of such (i.e. Institutions or faculties) of a long term nature.
- Stimulates cooperation between universities and companies, focused on progress within a field of technological nature.
